Deliverable 10.1: Management Handbook

POLYPHEM has submitted another deliverable due within Work Package 10 (WP10) dedicated to Project management and coordination.

This confidential Management Handbook is the deliverable D10.1 of the project POLYPHEM.

In accordance with the provisions of the Grant and Consortium agreements, it provides a living document of the POLYPHEM project management structure and procedures: project meetings, project progress reporting, deliverables, and internal and external communication tools. It also presents the guidelines helpful for the beneficiaries in all their activities related to the management in order to ensure the best quality control during the execution of the project.

The templates to be used for the edition of any documents and support of communication-related to the project POLYPHEM are annexed to this document.
